Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return your EnduraSole insoles within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, as long as they are uncut, unworn and in brand-new condition, in their original packaging.

Insoles that have been trimmed, cut, worn or damaged cannot be returned or refunded.

Check your size before you trim

Before trimming, place your shoe's original insole on top of your EnduraSole to check the size. If the size isn't right, email us before you trim. Uncut insoles can still be returned under this policy.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@endurasole.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because returns sent without instructions may not be processed.
  3. Pack the insoles in their original packaging and ship them back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it. If the insoles are uncut, unworn and in brand-new condition, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
  • Returns that arrive trimmed, cut, worn or damaged will not be refunded.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

  • Trimmed, cut, worn or damaged insoles are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
